This is the player that will work on Apple iOS devices for live streaming. (It may take up to a minute to see the color change in the "live" feed, fyi. You may also have to refresh your browser page if you don't see the clock ticking in the feed.) Or, if using other browsers, you will have the opportunity to watch a prerecorded video. Also, if the feed isn't live you should be able to watch a video in this player, regardless of device.
RTMP player that should make it possible to see the stream live on all other devices (with Flash Plugin). If you're not on iOS and you don't see a play option, it's likely there is no live feed currently. Watch the video in the other player.
It's like the Rio Zone, but It's Beta!
A word or two about streaming live video...
Yet to come...
Interestingly, perhaps, is that the arduino can host and be the client with the set-up. (Click the link below to see the arduino hosted website if you want.)
So, what is this all about?
As mentioned, the sliders control the various amount of red, green and blue (RGB) color in the box shown as well as, various ways of expressing that color. Kind of cool in itself, if you're into that... But, when you click (or touch on your device) that button in the box, it sends data to an LED light connected to an Arduino micro-controller in the garage and it tells it to match the same color as the box. What this shows is that it's possible to control - from anywhere in the world - gadgets in your house, or wherever, and it's just kind of cool!
